Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required before work begins or in staged milestones. Third-party fees (court fees, notarization, translation, courier services) are paid separately.

5.3 Refunds

Legal work is a professional service. Payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in the engagement agreement.

6. No Guarantees

Legal outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Court decisions depend on facts, evidence, and judicial discretion.

7. Confidentiality

We treat information you provide as confidential to the extent permitted by law and professional obligations. However, attorney-client privilege and full confidentiality protections apply after formal engagement.

8. Communications

You agree that we may contact you by email, phone, messengers (WhatsApp/Telegram), and other reasonable channels for case-related matters. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time (if any are used).

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, design, and text are protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission, except for personal non-commercial use.

10. Limitation of Liability
